    Melanie Farris' paintings are full of deep hypnotic patterns and vivid gradients pulling you into a contemplative trance. Driven to work exclusively in analog mediums, every design starts with a ruler and pencil and ends with an image most confuse for digital. Her vision transcends the bounds of the material and opens portals to the impossible. Melanie was born and raised in the piney woods of Northeast Texas, but now works and lives in Buda.
