General Shipping Info

Please refer to shipping times below for an estimate on when you will receive your order. We are a very small team and need a bit more time than most companies to process our orders, but we promise it's worth the wait! 

Note for International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.  Please check your local government agency for these costs. We are not able to predict how customs will handle your fees, once it arrives it is out of our hands. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your package enters the mail stream. The below times are estimates on when we typically process orders.

Apparel

Ready To Ship Apparel - This item is in stock and will be sent out from our location in approximately 5-7 business days. Please note: If you order in stock apparel combined with a preorder apparel we will wait to ship everything together once the preorder is ready. 

Pre-Order Apparel - This item is being made specially for you. Please refer to the shipping date in the product title or the product page. Most presales take 8-10 weeks to produce and ship. 

Art Prints

Matte Prints / Unstretched Canvas: 3-5 Business Days 

Stretched Canvas: 2-3 Weeks - We build each of our stretched canvas frames one at a time by hand. It can take up to two weeks if order volume is high

Aluminum Prints

Current wait time is about 6-8 weeks - Due to the reliance on three other companies to make these components, there is currently a waiting period.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICIES

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

- Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered 
- Orders over $100 USD require a police report

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

- Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date
- Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date

Damaged


File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Package Protection at checkout. 

When you add Package Protection, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
