Terms And Conditions:

1. Introduction:
Welcome to our Vision Syndicate Program! 
By subscribing to our monthly or yearly subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

2. Subscription Plans
We offer two types of subscription plans.
- Monthly Subscription:Billed on the 1st of each month. You will not be charged more than once in a 30 day period - your first subscription, if placed after the 1st of the month will not be billed until the following month (i.e. if you purchase your first subscription on August 4th, you be billed for your 2nd month on October 1st).
To change the date of your billing period, please log into your Threyda account and choose "My Subscriptions" to adjust the bill date or reach out to support@threyda.com
- Yearly Subscription:Billed on the same day of your first payment on a yearly basis. You will not be charged more than once in a 365 day period. You will receive one art print monthly for the entirety of that following year after payment. 

3. Returns/Refunds Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once billed, the subscription fee cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances. Art prints delivered through the subscription service are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month for monthly subscriptions, or before the 1st day of your next cycle for yearly subscriptions.
How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please log into your Threyda Account and click "My Account" - click "My Subscriptions" to cancel or make any changes to your account. You can also contact our customer service team with help to cancel your subscription. We recommend you reach out to us at support@threyda.com to ensure your subscription has been successfully canceled. 

5. Changes to Address or Payment information:
Changes to shipping address: we highly recommend reaching out to our customer service team at support@threyda.com to ensure that your packages will be shipped to the correct address. Our platform is run by multiple 3rd party services which need to have the same address in order to work properly.
Changes to payment information:Log into your Threyda Account to make any changes to your billing information. If a recurring payment does not go through, your subscription will remain on hold until your payment information is updated. Threyda Team does not have access to your billing information, so we are unable to adjust this portion of your account.
