I was very excited to recieve my Tripper jacket. Upon arrival, there were a few things I started to notice. Right away I am kind of taken back by the bare packaging and shipping package. Feeling as though I bought a t-shirt on black Friday from Amazon. Spending 200-400$ for a single piece i would truly like to see the package upgraded. The presentation of the jacket was very poor. Perhaps in the future there could be a better shipping package upgrade. A black box with the Threyda logo on the top and dark grey logos around the box. Making it feel special and worth while when receiving it.
Upon opening the package and unfolding the jacket and removing the sticker pack and the free tshirt, i began looking over the jacket, one spot had cotton hanging out of the thread on the lower left hand side. On the website it states it is 60% cotton and 40% rayon, however the tag on the jacket says shell and inner lining is 100% polyester. Looking over the jacket and inside each pocket I have yet to find the serial number like I have on my other Threyda pieces. I'm not sure if I'm over looking it or if it was mistakenly forgotten, but I do wish I could find it.
All in all it's a good jacket. The shipping and presentation does need work. Threyda, if it is truly possible to upgrade your shipping, please contact me for legitimate ideas and that's on what can and would be better than receiving a light plastic bag. Do wish i could find the serial number and I will see if I can get the cotton unstuck from the threading. Will buy again.
