Exploring Earlier Futures is a visual investigation into the alternate creation stories echoed across ancient cultures worldwide. Mear draws from Sumerian tablets, Mayan glyphs, and Vedic texts to paint a picture of a lost race of red-haired, elongated-skull humanoids—potential progenitors of the megalithic sites that defy modern explanation. These beings appear in mythologies separated by oceans and centuries, yet share strikingly similar details. Were they the Annunaki, the gods who seeded humanity? If so, what does that mean for our understanding of evolution, identity, and the long arc of human history? This artwork acts as both a question and a key, unlocking the possibility that our past is far older—and stranger—than we’ve been led to believe.

Threyda art prints are created using pigment-based archival inks which creates an image that when properly showcased will not deteriorate or fade for over 100 years.

Planet X unearths a forgotten chapter of human history—one woven through the myths of ancient civilizations from Greece and India to Sumer and beyond. This artwork dives into the idea that Earth was once part of a cosmic drama, shaped by planetary gods and advanced cultures lost to time. Mear pulls from a tapestry of myth, astronomy, and archaeology to ask bold questions: Who were the ancients? What kind of global society built the impossible structures still standing today? And why has so much of their story been buried—literally and figuratively—under layers of mud, sand, and silence? This piece is both a tribute to ancient wisdom and a challenge to everything we think we know about our past.

Born from a psychedelic retreat in the high Sierras, A Midsummer Night’s Trip is a personal vision quest captured on canvas. Immersed in nature, spirit, and the Fruit of the Gods, Mear reconnected with a deeper truth—the eternal pulse that runs through all of us. The artwork radiates with the chaos and clarity of awakening, as divine geometry and ancestral energy pour into the present moment. It’s a message from the mountain, a reflection of the sacred interplay between the material and the unseen. Through light, form, and color, this piece reminds us that we are not separate—we are the trees, the rivers, the stars, and the current that flows through all creation.

With Self-Scientific, Mear merges visionary art with cutting-edge science, honoring the work of physicist Nassim Haramein and his quest to reveal the unified field that connects us all. This piece celebrates the revolutionary spirit—those who challenge the establishment to uncover hidden truths. At its core, the artwork is a meditation on consciousness, energy, and the fractal nature of existence. It suggests that every molecule, every thought, every being is part of an infinite, intelligent network—the Source. As our world undergoes rapid transformation, Self-Scientific calls us inward, toward the realization that the answers we seek about energy, evolution, and meaning are not just around us—they are us. This piece is a beacon for anyone drawn to science, spirit, and the space where the two collide.
